Honigman, a full-service Detroit law firm, announced that Nick Winters has joined as a partner in the real estate practice.
He supports his clients in real estate matters in a variety of industries, with significant experience in leasing, telecommunications, electric vehicles, and complex title and survey matters. He is focused on developing long-term relationships with his clients so that he can understand, protect and advance their priorities.
Winters identifies and pursues a specific risk tolerance and goal for each client. He says he strives to avoid “cookie-cutter” and “one-size-fits-all” approaches to representing his clients and negotiating on their behalf, realizing the importance of communicating and listening carefully to his clients to determine what is most important to them.
“We are very excited to welcome Nick to our firm,” said Adam Rothstein, Honigman Real Estate Co-Chair. “He brings great experience to our team and strengthens our ability to provide the highest quality service to our customers.”
Winters joins Honigman from Dykema, where he served as senior counsel in the real estate and commercial leasing practice. He received his MD from Wayne State University in 2006 and his BS from Bob Jones University in 2003.
