GIBRALTAR, Mich. – Two men tried to abduct an infant as his mother pushed him along the sidewalk in Gibraltar on Wednesday, Sept. 21, police said.

The incident happened around 9.30pm in the area of ​​Navarre Street and South Gibraltar Road, WDIV Local 4 reports. A mother and baby were out for a walk when a black SUV pulled up next to them and two men got out. The suspects tried to grab the stroller. They were unsuccessful and fled the scene in an SUV.
