BHSH System recently welcomed Tracy Morris as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
In this role, Morris will be involved in developing inspiring and innovative people strategies that will drive the organization forward to thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture. She will champion programs and initiatives that impact our people, such as learning, development, recruitment, retention, culture and wellbeing.

Morris joins BHSH System from BMO Financial Group as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Inclusion Officer effective 2019. In each role of her 30-year career, she has led talent strategy, organizational effectiveness and inclusion and talent program implementation.
