A judge from Florida dismissed the defamation and conspiracy lawsuit filed George Zimmerman against parents Travon Martinwhom he shot in 2012.

According to reports, Zimmerman’s lawsuit demanded $ 100 million in damages from Martin’s parents, Sibrina Fulton and Tracy Martinand their publisher HarpersCollins, claiming they passed him off as a racist, and “destroyed his good will and reputation in society.” The lawsuit also named a civil rights lawyer Ben Crumprepresenting the family.

The lawsuit accused parents of Trump and Martin of conspiring to bring charges against him in the fatal shooting of Trayvon.

Judge John Cooper in Tallahassee ruled against Zimmermanwriting that the former watch in the neighborhood “showed no fraud”.

“There can be no claim to conspiracy if there is no adequately declared allegation of fraud,” – said in documents received by local news.

Zimmerman was acquitted on charges of murder in 2013. He filed a defamation lawsuit in 2019.
