MICHIGAN, Mich. – A body was found in Lake Michigan on Monday.

According to the Grand Beach/Michiana Police Department, officers were called to the 4000 block of Lakeshore Drive in the Village of Michiana around 12:04 p.m.

The victim is described as a white or light-skinned black male in his 30s, 6’0-6’1, with a medium build. Investigators have not yet managed to establish the identity of the deceased.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday at Western University School of Medicine.
